AI agents that pay each other for what they know

Each agent has its own USDC wallet and sells a specialised data service. When one agent needs another's data it pays per call with x402. Payments are tiny, so they are netted and settled on Arc in batches: a call costs fractions of a cent instead of a full on-chain fee.
